AI & automation policy

The current product uses programmed collection, filtering, date calculations and source comparisons. Its workspace does not currently send your notes or account workspace to a generative AI model. AI-assisted tools have been used to help develop the website; that is separate from an AI service processing customer workspace content.

Trade labels may be inferred from published titles and require review. Location matching uses published text, not a verified travel radius. Review checks reopen when relevant collected fields or monitored PDF versions change. PDF version monitoring compares file bytes; it does not read and explain the meaning of an amendment.

We do not automatically decide whether you qualify, choose your bid price or submit a bid. Use official documents and qualified professional advice where needed. A generated brief or preparation estimate is a working aid, not a professional certification.

The current application has no customer-data model-training pipeline and no generative AI provider connected to the workspace. Do not interpret this as a claim about every infrastructure provider’s independent practices. See the provider descriptions in our Privacy notice.

Before introducing a feature that sends customer content to an AI provider, its data use, provider and controls should be explained at the point of use and reflected in this policy. This page does not authorize future training on private notes or imply that a planned feature exists today.
