The application uses account email and authentication information; company name and service-area preferences; saved searches and opportunities; stages, notes, preparation plans and review timestamps. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical connection and security logs. Support messages contain whatever you choose to include.

Without signing in, workspace information stays in this browser’s storage. With an account, explicit Save to cloud sends the workspace to Supabase. Importing local data is a separate explicit action. Authentication also stores session information in your browser. Browser storage can be removed through browser settings; clearing it does not remove separately stored cloud data.

Data supports sign-in, storage, retrieval, exports, security and responding to requests. Cloudflare hosts the site and routes support/privacy mail. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Support/privacy messages are forwarded to an operator-monitored Gmail inbox, so Google also processes that correspondence. Original-source links take you to third-party sites with their own policies.

CSV exports omit private notes and preparation plans. Review briefs include notes only if you select that option. Workspace backups include private workspace content. Downloads stay on your device until you share them. Public website releases contain source bid data, not customer workspaces.

The current workspace has no generative AI integration or customer-data training pipeline. The application does not provide a customer-data sale feature or advertising audience integration. Infrastructure providers may still process service logs and operational telemetry; this notice is not a promise of zero tracking by every provider. See the AI & automation policy.

Local information persists until removed through the product or browser controls. Cloud data and account records are not currently subject to a published automatic deletion schedule. Request access, correction, export or deletion by email; requests may require identity verification and review of applicable retention obligations and provider backups. Deleting a saved opportunity is not the same as deleting your account. Specific retention and backup-erasure periods remain to be finalized.

The application uses HTTPS, account authentication and owner-scoped database access. These measures are not a guarantee against loss or unauthorized access. Avoid entering passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal information into notes. You can browse without an account and choose whether to save to the cloud.
