These proposed terms describe the free Next Job Desk preview operated by Media Yard LLC, New Jersey. They are not yet an executed customer agreement. Browsing this draft does not accept a paid plan or a DPA.
2. What the service provides
The service collects selected official notices and provides filters, saved opportunities, notes, preparation estimates and review records. It is not an agency submission portal, estimating service, legal adviser or guarantee of work. Coverage is incomplete and source snapshots can become outdated.
3. Your review and responsibility
Check the official notice and all amendments for scope, eligibility, attendance, dates, bonds and submission requirements. A review checkbox records your action; it does not certify completeness. Preparation dates depend on the hours you enter and do not guarantee that a bid can be completed in time.
4. Accounts and authorized use
Use an email account you control. Protect sign-in links and sign out on shared devices. Only enter information you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use the workspace for unlawful activity.
5. Your content and third-party material
You retain your rights in notes and other content you provide. The proposed service permission is limited to storing, displaying and exporting that content to operate your workspace at your instruction. Official notices and third-party documents remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Availability here is not a license to republish those materials.
6. Charges and future plans
The current preview is free. Proposed pilot pricing is not an offer to charge your card. Any future paid service must present its price, billing frequency, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. There is no active checkout or automatic renewal in this preview.
7. Availability and leaving the service
The preview can change and does not include an uptime or response-time guarantee. Export work you need to retain. Clearing local browser data does not delete a cloud account. Contact [email protected] for account or cloud-data deletion requests; identity verification may be needed.
8. Terms to finalize
Commercial warranties, liability allocation, governing law, dispute handling and effective acceptance must be finalized before these drafts are used as a customer contract. No arbitration provision or waiver of statutory rights is asserted by this draft.
